Add an AI product
Use the tracking request to suggest an official product website. sigpik will verify the domain, check for an existing listing, and place eligible products into the discovery pipeline.
Correct a product listing
Find the product, open its profile, and choose Report issue. That form accepts broken-link, classification, and outdated-information reports, plus an optional reply email.
Account and billing access
Sign in with the account connected to your subscription, then use the billing area to review the active plan. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or payment-card data in a public report.
Privacy and legal questions
Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use first. If the question concerns a published product record, use that product’s Report issue form so the request reaches the review queue with the relevant context.
